Consumer peer workforce survey
Consumers of mental health services are invited to respond to a survey about the value and roles of peer work.
Peer workers are people employed to use their lived experience of mental health challenges and recovery in a range of positions, including for example: peer workers, peer educators, recovery coaches, recovery support specialists, lived experience workers, consumer consultants, consumer advocates and consumer advisers etc.
Anyone who identifies as having personal experiences of mental health issues, of using mental health services or receiving mental health support are invited to take part in our online Consumer Conversations. Alternatively, you can contribute by sharing your thoughts and ideas on our online survey and answering the discussion questions below.
The survey should take 10-20 minutes to complete, it will close on 17 July 2020. The information obtained will help with drafting the Framework, and a Woolworths gift card of $25 will be provided to the first 50 people who respond.
All responses will remain confidential. No information will be used in a way that reveals the identity of any person.
If you have questions or concerns about the survey, please contact Leanne Craze at leanne.craze@bigpond.com or 0408 869 051.
