Illawarra Shoalhaven Suicide Prevention Collaborative - community training survey
-
We all have a role to play in suicide prevention. The more people in the community trained to help others, the more likely that someone who is struggling will get the help they need.
We are evaluating this training program so we can:
- Plan future training in a way that ensures a good spread of people across the region trained in suicide prevention.
- Check whether the training is giving people the knowledge, skills and confidence to help someone who may be suicidal.
By completing the survey below, you consent to your answers being shared with the Illawarra Shoalhaven Suicide Prevention Collaborative and COORDINARE (South Eastern NSW Primary Health Network). This information will be de-identified, and combined with responses from others completing suicide prevention training across the Illawarra Shoalhaven. You can read our Privacy Statement here.
This training is not expected to cause you distress, but it would be normal for it to bring up some emotions. If, at any time, you feel distressed and need support please call one of the services listed here.
